Entscheidet sich der Nutzer dazu, den Notruf zu wählen, so erkläutert er dem Disponenten die Situation. Dieser wählt dann die richtige Erste Hilfe Maßnahme für den Ersthelfer aus, sodass direkt mit der Ersten Hilfe begonnen werden kann, sobald das Telefonat beendet ist. Andernfalls kann der Nutzer selbst die richtige Maßnahme auswählen.

Der Nutzer hat hier die Möglichkeit, wann und wo die nächsten Blutspendetermine stattfinden. Zudem erhält er Einblick auf Daten, wie und wann er das letzte Mal gespendet hat und wann er frühestens wieder spenden kann. Persönliche Daten wie Blutbild, Blutgruppe, Name und Alter des Nutzers werden nicht abgefragt. Die Anmeldung erfolgt anonym.
